Jaw Yoga is an exciting scientifically based trend that not only exercises and relaxes your jaw (which can be very tense for many of us due to stresses of everyday life), but it also teaches you the correct tongue resting position. This holistic approach, which works on the bodily and mental level, treats the root causes of jaw stress rather than only symptoms. By practicing Jaw Yoga you will balance your throat chakra to free your inner truth and develop your own inner smile!

This class focuses on the more demanding abdominal exercises appropriate to the intermediate level. Performing these exercises one after the other ups the challenge and improves strength and stamina.

Let’s reset and be grateful, this gift of a living breathing body, nurture, nourish and reset. One of my many mantras is “Live, Love, Breath” so simple that we often forget how amazing this life is, such a beautiful gift we have, let’s give a little back to this body that continually supports us and be grateful.

This class might not be your typical hamstring stretching session but will for sure wake up your hamstrings and give them a balance between strength and flexibility. Move through typical hamstring stretches and then twist them a little bit by finding your active range of motion.

A mixture of breathing techniques to balance your nervous system, your brain and your energy. Accessible to all. We start with some grounding breath exercises lying on your back. Then we introduce Nadi Shodana or the Alternate Nostril Breath. This is one of the most fundamental and balancing pranayama techniques. The class ends with Brahmari (the bee) pranayama, soothing and calming.
