Reinhard Burits first came into contact with mental training as a professional soccer player in 2005. Enthusiastic about the positive effects on his life, his path led him even further into the depths of his own being. A few years later, with many training courses and countless hours of self-awareness under his belt, he began to accompany people from different professions and social backgrounds as a mental trainer, mentor and coach. In 2016, a near-death experience brought another decisive change to his life. Since that time his attitude towards life and the depth of his work has intensified once again. In 2018 he founded 'Jaw Yoga' together with Julia Reindl, which they also call the Yoga of the 5th Chakra.
