Sarah grew up in Berlin and is a mom of two boys. During her training in modern dance and ballet, she began to practice yoga and completed an apprenticeship in Anusara Yoga in 2005. In her first pregnancy, she discovered her love for prenatal yoga, leading to her certification as a perinatal yoga teacher at Birthlight. She has been teaching pre- and postnatal yoga courses, yoga for moms, and yoga retreats with great enthusiasm for over fifteen years. Based on her experience, she developed the Keleya move program.
