About

Retreat is a process of withdrawing from our usual life situation for some time and being with ourselves. In retreat we focus on inner world, and it is time to look on our life from distance and different perspective. It gives clarity on problematic situation and unexpected solution. Result of retreat depends on your intention: improve you health, challenge you body and mind, enjoy of good company, release emotions est. In retreats we go together in complex process witch touch all these aspects. Retreat’s Program 9:00 - 11:30 Hatha Yoga. Introduction to style, learning and practicing main asanas and their benefits for the body. Asana as instrument to increase body-mind-emotional awareness. Questions in the end. 1:30-16:30 Emotional balance and Mindfulness meditation. Exercises on Mindfulness, concentration, awarenesses about own feelings and learning to express them. 17:00-19:00 Pranayama - breathing technique, learning of efficient basic exercise, which is possible to use at home alone without teacher. Knowing how breath is important and can be efficient tool to deal with stress or stabilize mental state. Yoga Nidra - technique of deep relaxation of the body, mind and emotional tense. Questions-answers in the end. Program of retreat is build with attention to different levels of practice, so it will be suitable for you where you are in your practice – beginners or more advanced. Intensity of body movement will be balanced with deep relaxation sessions. Meditation and pranayama will harmonize your inner world and will bring clarity to the mind. About Teacher. Anna is certified yoga teacher with training course in “TTC Integrated Restorative Yoga RYT 300” Swami Krishnananda Hatha Yoga Vidyapeeth School in Mysore, India. “I met Yoga when I was 15, it showed me that I am not only my body, but also something much more. Over the last 8 years I am on the path to discover this other part, participating in retreats and doing individual practice. I teach yoga last 5 years, giving classes on many retreats in Europe and Asia. My other work experiences are coordinator of Retreat Center, where I played role of organizer of workshops and retreats, manager of daily life of center and assistant in Art Gallery. Yoga for me is an effective instrument to keep the body and mind in a healthy state, to know myself on different levels, to challenge ideas about myself and the world, to be connected with intuition. Whatever knowledge I get from my teachers I check from my own experience, and only then I share this with others. The same focus I encourage in retreats, where the main priority is to learn to listen to your body, trust your own intuition, and based on this to create individual approach for using Yoga in daily life, not only on the yoga mat but in any life situation. Hatha Yoga gives a large variety of instruments for this. Accomodation is not provided. If you re from different town we can help you to find place to stay. Food is organised by partisipants, please take your lunch and we will have lunch together in the center. You also can order lunch at the center by phone before.
