I Entered in kapotasana and grapped my heels, even tho this pose is very intense I could breathe with ease .
All I did was just practicing Intermediate Series 5 days a week (and of course Primary series once a week), untill Kapotasana B.
I think that the fact that I did not added the following poses of the series which are deep forward bend (like eka pada shirsasana aka LBH) , gived me the chance to open my back and shoulders every day more, and now they are strong enough to support this intense pose. :)
